Breakfast: A banana and a piece of LF cheese. A bite of my wife’s toast.
Lunch: Fish with veggies, a salad with oil and vinegar, 2 slices of salami . Snack: Some cantaloupe a portion of nuts, a small piece of cheese
Dinner: A salad, with mixed greens, cucumber and Annies Goddess Dressing. 3 small pieces of LF cheese.
Some corn and a half a whole wheat bagel with vegen butter. A teaspoon of peanut butter.
2 shots of ACV with a little warm water.
