Lately I have been trying to eat a little more later in the day in order to avoid extra night eating..so far this has worked….

Lunch: Mixed greens with mushrooms, zucchini with a Annie’s Goddess Dressing. Some sprouts with oil and vinegar. 2 eggs with hot sauce and some lox.
Snack: A banana and a shot 12 year old scotch (Gotta live a little !!!)
Dinner: 2 pieces of corn on the cob with 3/4 of a table spoon of whipped vegan butter. An eighth of a whole wheat a bagel with half a table spoon of vegan whipped butter, a salad of tomatoes, onions and oil and vinegar, 2 small piece of low fat cheese, with stone ground wheat crackers.
After dinner snack:
Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk) Apple cider vinegar:
