I kept yesterday from being too bad food wise and that’s good news !!!

Small bagel for breakfast (bad) and a business lunch at a Chinese restaurant. (We had duck with rolls and vegetables. And I went easy on the rolls…all things considered I kept it under control)

I kept it moderate for dinner.

My tracking for August 21, 2018…today so far
Days without sugary foods: 47 (Approaching the big 50)
Miles walked today: 3.5
Miles walked so far this week:6 Dinner: 3/4 a whole wheat bagel with whipped vegan butter, a small portion of cottage cheese and a salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and zucchini, with a dressing of oil and vinegar and Annie’s Goddess Dressing.
