Whole wheat English muffin. Lunch a small portion of salmon, 2 eggs, a tofu hot dog with low-fat cheese no roll, no ketchup, a salad with mixed greens cucumbers and a little oil vinegar and tomatoes. Dinner a small vegatarian burrito, a salad, with mixed greens, peppers and oil and vinegar and hummus, some wheat crackers, 2 pieces of lf cheese, a tofu hot dog with low-fat cheese no roll, no ketchup. A shot of ACV with water.
