Up .5 lbs ugghhhh… looking back at week to see what went wrong

What went wrong.

A. 1 pretty bad day (Must not do this again in the upcoming week)

B. Too loosey goosey with breakfast. I switched from fruit to a whole wheat English muffin with vegan butter. (I have to go back to just fruit this week)

C. After noon snack of fruit, I added nuts and some times times a piece of cheese. (I have to go back to just fruit)

All of the above has to be fixed this week.
