Lunch: A salad with mixed greens, beets, sliced apple, cucumbers, peppers, and 2 hard boil eggs-with a vinegar and oil dressing. A small soup with beef and mushrooms. A half a piece of bread. Snack: a pear. Dinner: A salad with lettuce, avocado, cucumber and beets with oil and vinegar. A small portion of tomato soup, a vegetarian enchilada. A potion of swiss chard.
2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
