Days without sugary foods: 65
Miles walked this week: 4
Miles walked today: 2

Weight Loss in about 5 months: 22 pounds
Breakfast: A apple and a half of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter. Lunch: two mozzarella strips and a small bag of pretzels. Dinner: A salad of mixed greens, cucumber, and mushrooms with an oil and vinegar. A piece of LF cheese. Roasted turkey. A piece of regular fat cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
