Trying to learn from my mistakes… I had carbs for lunch (moderate quantity) But it seems to effect my eating later. As I ate to much at night. The four miles of walking during the day helped limit the damage. But it seems that the plan of healthy protein in the afternoon has to be stuck to. All in all a pretty good week..
