My food tracking and other notes for July 11, 2018

Days without sugar: 8

Miles walked today: 2.25

Miles walked so far this this week: 7.25

Breakfast: Watermelon

Lunch: Grilled fish, peppers, mushrooms, a carrot and a large serving of sprouts with a tablespoon of Amy’s Goddess Salad Dressing

Snack: A banana

Dinner: A whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, a fifth of a slice of vegan pizza, 3 small pieces of cheese, a large salad made up of sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles with a dressing of olive oil, some vinegar and a table spoon of Amy’s Goddess Salad Dressing

After dinner snack quarter of whole wheat bagel  and 2 small pieces of cheese and a quarter of a pickle

I also had shot of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk)

Overall grade for today: A- I pretty much followed the plan, I did have a little white flower product via the vegan pizza crust
