The Good: I mostly followed the plan. I also increased the amount I walked at night. 13.50 miles is the most of have walked in a week.
The Bad: In the beginning of the week I got a little cocky and skipped my after dinner snack and did not take any shots of apple cider vinegar at night. The result was before I went to bed I binged a bit a on bread and cheese. The lesson to learn is I have to take steps to curb my inclination to binge on food at night. The good news is I went right back on the program after that.
Overall grade for the week C Plus.
