Lunch: Turkey, peppers and sprouts with Annies’s Goddess Dressing
Snack: A banana
Dinner: A half of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, tofu Scramble, corn on the cobb, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil, some vinegar and a table spoon of hummus
After dinner snack of water melon and 2 pieces of cheeses
I also had 1 shot of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 4 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Overall grade for today: B I pretty much followed the plan. No refined white flour products. I had a good 3 mile walking session today. I had some ketchup on the tofu scramble which is not on my forbidden list but is on my go easy on list.
