Breakfast: A banana
Lunch: Salmon, some lettuce and avocado, and some brown rice with soy sauce and hot sauce.
After lunch Snack: Watermelon and 2 small pieces of low fat cheese
Dinner: Roasted potatoes, a veggie burger with low fat cheese on a whole wheat bun with ketchup and relish and a salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions and olives with a dressing of oil and vinegar.
After dinner snack: Watermelon and 5th of a whole wheat bagel and 2 small pieces of low fat cheese.
Cups of coffee all with a little milk and no sugar: 3
