Breakfast: A half a banana. Lunch: Roasted turkey, 3 eggs and a large portion of sprouts with Anies’s dressing. Dinner: A whole wheat bagel with whipped vegan butter, a 1/4 of a slice of pumpernickel bread with low fat cheese. Some hummus and crackers and a salad with mixed greens tomatoes and mushrooms with oil and vinegar. After dinner snack: Some low ft cheeses and some crackers.
2 cups of coffee with milk and no sugar. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
