Breakfast: A banana
Lunch: A salad with mixed greens, beets, sliced apple, cucumbers, peppers, and shrimp -with a spicy Thai peanut dressing. A half of a small bag of air popped chips. Snack: 2 small cucumbers with Annies Goddess Dressing and 2 pieces of LF cheese. Dinner: A salad with lettuce, avocado, cucumber and beets with oil and vinegar.  A small portion of corn with vegan. 2.5 small pieces of whole wheat bread with vegan butter. A LF piece of cheese, 1 table spoons of hummus.
2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
