Dinner: A salad of mixed greens, cucumber, sprouts, hummus, with Annies Goddess Dressing. 3 pieces of LF cheese. A whole wheat English muffin with whipped vegan butter. A veggie hotdog with LF cheese and no bun and no ketchup. 2 whole grain salt free small crackers. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
