Breakfast: A half of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter. Lunch: A piece of LF cheese,   A salad of mixed greens, cucumber, beets and shrimp with a spicy Thai Dressing. Dinner: A salad of mixed greens, cucumber, and mushrooms with an oil and vinegar. 2 pieces of LF cheese. Two thirds of a whole wheat bagel. A small potion of Quinoa with some Annies Goddess dressing. A small portion of lentil soup. A small portion of hummus. A piece of regular fat cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
