Traveling day….

Kept it under control…mostly..a little over when I Tracked on myfitnesspal..but no sugary foods..and a walked a bit in the airport…and then at night I got inventive and hiked arround a strip mall across from the hotel…

Tired Monday…

Nothing seemed easy today…did not walk after work but this was a planned break…I held it together food wise …Tracked on myfitnesspal…19th day in a row…and met target…

You live you learn.. Saturday was not perfect …

Trying to learn from my mistakes… I had carbs for lunch (moderate quantity) But it seems to effect my eating later. As I ate to much at night. The four miles of walking during the day helped limit the damage. But it seems that the plan of healthy protein in the afternoon has to be stuck to. All in all a pretty good week.. Monster walking week..17 miles…Tracked on MyFitnessPal every day … and hit was under 5 of the 7 days
