Breakfast: No breakfast
Lunch: Small amount of grilled fish, small piece of beef and a salad with lettuce, peppers and mushrooms with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar
Snack: Watermelon
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta, a tofu scramble, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar. After dinner snack: 2 pieces of low fat cheese, a small portion of water mellow and a small portion of cherries.
I also had 2 shots of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Grade for today: B plus I had a moderate portion of the whole wheat pasta. I had the left over whole wheat pasta from the night before. I will not make pasta again for a while it is just to hard to eat a moderate portions. I had a 4 mile walking session today which is good.
