Breakfast whole what English muffin- Lunch roasted chicken and fish and vegetables. 3 figs. Mixed green salad, with peppers, mushrooms,  with oil and vinegar.

Dinner: Quinoa, a salad of kala and goat cheese, peppers and mushrooms with oil and vinegar, and roasted tuna.

– 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
