Breakfast A banana, 1 small piece of LF cheese – Lunch roasted chicken on a Mixed green salad, with peppers, mushrooms and a spicy Thai dressing. Snack some nuts and 2 pieces of low fat cheese.
Dinner: Some lentil soup, a salad of kala and goat cheese, peppers and mushrooms with oil and vinegar, a whole what English muffin, a small piece of cheese, 2 small pieces of LF cheese.
– 1 shots of apple cider vinegar.
