Breakfast: A banana. Lunch: A mixed salad with some salmon and a spicy crab roll. Dinner: Some lentil soup, a salad of mixed greens, peppers and mushrooms with oil and vinegar, A whole wheat English muffin with LF melted cheese,  2.5 small pieces of LF cheese, a small portion of sweet potatoes fries with low sugar ketchup
– 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
