A little heavy at dinner…but ok for today….

Breakfast a banana.Lunch: Grilled fish, a salad with mixed greens, -And garlic with an oil an vinegar dressing. Snack a few cashews some pineapple a piece of cheese with 2 bite sized baked pretzels. A bag of chips. Dinner String beans with tomatoes sauce, ricotta and 2 veggie hot dogs with LF cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
