So a slimmed down version of my weight loss plan:
So no Sugary foods, 3 meals a day, plus a snack and continue the walking.
My plan is to go back to my normal weight loss routine on Tuesday when things calm down a bit.
Defense not offense , a fair amount of struggle in my life…work is crazy…a relative is sick and we are helping with care…and some other things….. so I will have to go into defensive mode.
I will not be following the rules. The idea is to limit the weight gain or hold steady. Until I can get back on track.
