Breakfast a banana.Lunch: Grilled fish, a very small portion of chicken and cheese, a very small portion of rice, a salad with carrots, mixed greens, -And with an oil and vinegar dressing. Snack: A 100 calorie bag of pop corn- (Skinny brand) some cantaloupe. Dinner: 3/4 of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, a tofu scramble with low sugar ketchup and a piece of cheese, 5 whole rice crackers with hummus, and 2 pieces of LF cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
