.Lunch: Grilled fish, a salad with carrots, mixed greens, -And with an oil and vinegar dressing. Snack: A 100 calorie bag of pop corn- (Skinny brand) some cantaloupe a pice of cheese. Dinner: 2 small vegetarian Enchiladas and 2 pieces of LF cheese, broccoli, a salad with pickles, mushrooms, mixed greens, -with an oil and vinegar dressing

2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
