Lunch: A small piece of pizza, a small piece of whole wheat bread with vegan butter, a salad with mixed greens -with Annie’s Goddess Dressing. Snack: 2 plums and a banana . Dinner: A salad with cucumber and corn with Annie’s Goddess Dressing. Shrimp with peppers, onions and brown rice. Snack: A piece of cheese, a little corn a 1.5 table spoons of hummus.
2 shots of apple cider vinegar.
