Breakfast a banana.Lunch: Grilled fish, a salad with mixed greens, -And garlic with an oil an vinegar dressing. Snack a few cashews some pineapple a piece of cheese with 2 bite sized baked pretzels. A bag of chips. Dinner String beans with tomatoes sauce, ricotta and 2 veggie hot dogs with LF cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.

Dinner: Some lentil soup, a salad of kala and goat cheese, peppers and mushrooms with oil and vinegar, a whole what English muffin, a small piece of cheese, 2 small pieces of LF cheese.
– 1 shots of apple cider vinegar.

Breakfast croissant- Lunch roasted chicken and vegetables. Dinner: 3 pieces of fresh corn, some vegan butter, a salad of mixed greens, beets, 1 piece of cheese, peppers with oil and vinegar. Shrimp, peppers, onions and brown rice- 2 shots of apple cider vinegar. Snack a small bowl granola with milk and bananas.

Breakfast: – Lunch: beef and chicken, a salad of mixed greens, carrots, mushrooms, with oil and vinegar. Snack: Grapes and cantaloupe. Dinner: 3 pieces of fresh corn, some vegan butter, a salad of mixed greens, 1 piece of cheese, hot peppers, olives, with oil and vinegar and hummus. 8 wheat crackers And 2 small pieces of low fat cheese. 2 shots of apple cider vinegar.

Up .5 lbs ugghhhh… looking back at week to see what went wrong

What went wrong.

A. 1 pretty bad day (Must not do this again in the upcoming week)

B. Too loosey goosey with breakfast. I switched from fruit to a whole wheat English muffin with vegan butter. (I have to go back to just fruit this week)

C. After noon snack of fruit, I added nuts and some times times a piece of cheese. (I have to go back to just fruit)

All of the above has to be fixed this week.

Dinner a small vegatarian burrito, a salad, with mixed greens, peppers and oil and vinegar and hummus, some wheat crackers, 2 pieces of lf cheese, a tofu hot dog with low-fat cheese no roll, no ketchup. A shot of ACV with water.

Lunch: Fish with veggies, a salad with oil and vinegar, 2 slices of salami . Snack: Some cantaloupe a portion of nuts, a small piece of cheese

Dinner: A salad, with mixed greens, cucumber and Annies Goddess Dressing. 3 small pieces of LF cheese.

Some corn and a half a whole wheat bagel with vegen butter. A teaspoon of peanut butter.

2 shots of ACV with a little warm water.
