My food tracking and other notes for July 18, 2018

Miles walked so far this this week: 10
Breakfast: Cheries
Lunch: Steamed fish and a salad with lettuce, peppers and mushrooms with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar. Sprouts with Annie’s Goddess Dressing.
Snack: Honey due and a small banana
Dinner: A whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with Annie’s Goddess Dressing. A veggie burger with cheese and no bun.  After dinner snack: 1 pieces of low fat cheese, a quarter of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter.
I also had 1 shot of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 4 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Grade for today: B plus –  I had a 3 mile walking session today which is good.

Miles walked so far this this week: 7
Breakfast: Cheries
Lunch: Roasted turkey and a salad with lettuce, peppers and mushrooms with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar. Sprouts with Annie’s Goddess Dressing.
Snack: Honey due
Dinner: 1 cup of  whole wheat pasta, corn on the cob with some vegan butter, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar.  A piece of cheese.

After dinner snack: 1 pieces of low fat cheese, a small portion of peanuts and a small portion of cherries.
I also had 2 shots of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Grade for today: A – Again I had a moderate portion of the whole wheat pasta. I had a 3 mile walking session today which is good.

Breakfast: No breakfast
Lunch: Small amount of grilled fish, small piece of beef and a salad with lettuce, peppers and mushrooms with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar
Snack: Watermelon
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta, a tofu scramble, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil and some vinegar.                                                       After dinner snack: 2 pieces of low fat cheese, a small portion of water mellow and a small portion of cherries.
I also had 2 shots of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Grade for today: B plus I had a moderate portion of the whole wheat pasta. I had the left over whole wheat pasta from the night before. I will not make pasta again for a while it is just to hard to eat a moderate portions. I had a 4 mile walking session today which is good.

Breakfast: Cherries
Lunch: 2 eggs and some Salmon
Snack: A banana
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil, some vinegar and a table spoon of hummus
I also had 4 shot of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 3 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Grade for today: C minus I had too many portions of the whole wheat pasta. Pasta even whole wheat pasta is just too much of a trigger food for me. And I will have to avoid making it. It could of been worse but I had about 4 shots of apple cider vinegar to keep it from getting even worse.  No walking session today which is also disappointing.

Don’t judge a book by its cover

This book “Sugar Blues” is fantastic. And it is helping me to stay off sugar.  It is kind of inspiring that the NYC library is lending out a book in this bad condition. It is good to see that they’re being thrifty with taxpayer dollars.

My week in review

The Good: I mostly followed the plan. I also increased the amount I  walked at night.  13.50 miles is the most of have walked in a week.

The Bad: In the beginning of the week I got a little cocky and skipped my after dinner snack and did not take any shots of apple cider vinegar at night. The result was before I went to bed I binged a bit a on bread and cheese. The lesson to learn is  I have to take steps to curb my inclination to binge on food at night. The good news is I went right back on the program after that.

Overall grade for the week C Plus.

Snack: A banana
Dinner: A half of a whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, tofu Scramble, corn on the cobb, a large salad made up of tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil, some vinegar and a table spoon of hummus
After dinner snack of water melon and 2 pieces of cheeses
I also had 1 shot of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Cups of coffee today: 4 (all with no sugar and a little milk)
Overall grade for today: B I pretty much followed the plan. No refined white flour products. I had a good 3 mile walking session today. I had some ketchup on the tofu scramble which is not on my forbidden list but is on my go easy on list.

Snack: A banana
Dinner: A whole wheat bagel with vegan butter, a small portion of brown rice and beans , 3 small pieces of cheese, a large salad made up of sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce and kale with a dressing of olive oil, some vinegar and a table spoon of Annie’s Goddess Salad Dressing
After dinner snack of cherries and 2 small pieces of cheese
I also had 2 shots of Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Overall grade for today: A- I pretty much followed the plan. No refined white flour products. I did not have a walking session today but since I have had 3 walking sessions this week already I should be able to complete my goal of 5 walking sessions this week
